Is Surpl.io really free during Founding Access?+
Yes. Through Phase 02 (Founding Access), platform fees are waived for accepted Founding Buyers and Suppliers. Lifetime pricing locks survive Public Launch.
How does SmartPricing™ work?+
Every listing carries an original price, a seller target price, and a structured discount floor. Surpl.io publishes the resulting fair price; the seller commission is taken on the final sale at the rate matching their plan.
Are SwatchPass™ shipping costs included?+
Yes — EU and UK destinations are included. Rest-of-world swatches ship at cost via your account address.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Founding Access pricing locks remain attached to the original cohort seat.
