TrustLogic™ is the integrity layer of Surpl.io. It defines how users communicate, transact, and verify each other across the platform.

All activity is monitored and protected under TrustLogic™.
Communication restrictions

All conversations remain inside the platform messaging system. Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, or external links is automatically detected and blocked.

No off-platform transactions

Sourcing, sampling, shipping, and payment must occur within Surpl.io. Off-platform transactions void buyer protection and result in account suspension.

Identity & address protection

Buyer and seller addresses remain hidden until a transaction stage requires release. Verified business identity is required for both sides.

Enforcement

Violations trigger warnings, listing removal, swatch revocation, or permanent account termination depending on severity.

Member acknowledgment

  • All communication must remain within the platform.
  • Sharing phone numbers, emails, or external contact information is not permitted.
  • All transactions must be completed through the platform under TrustLogic™.
